World Psychiatric Association

Most of the AASP membership are members and fellows of the American Psychiatric Association, a member society of the World Psychiatric Association (WPA). Over 200,000 psychiatrists from 120 countries belong to the WPA, which has a broad educational mission in mental health and the care for the mentally ill.
